JDD Consulting worked with The Crown Estate from 2004 to 2007 on the development of The Royal Landscape, a thousand acres of parkland, lakes and gardens.

Working with the management of the Windsor Estate, JDD helped to produce:

• A vision and long-term goal for the development of the site, up to 2012, highlighting its history, horticultural treasures and natural features.
• A project plan enabling the generation of new revenues.
• Implementation plans, including for internal transport, recruitment, PR, marketing and interpretation.

JDD helped recruit the new management team, and provided management support until the team was hired and trained.
